Payment Disclaimer

The Client is purchasing consulting, coordination and support services and is not purchasing banking, exchange, investment or other financial services from the Company.

Payments are processed by independent third-party Payment Providers. The Company does not store or process full card details.

The Company may receive settlement in Digital Assets, including stablecoins, and this internal settlement model does not change the legal nature of the Client’s purchase of Services from the Company.

The Client understands that services may be considered initiated immediately after payment once consultation, planning, analysis, coordination or other substantive work begins. For that reason, payments may become non-refundable in full or in part after service initiation.

The Client confirms lawful source of funds, voluntary payment and review of the Company’s legal documents.
